Success in Reality – Hazel’s story

I joined Envision Retail as a Managing Consultant at the start of 2008 having moved from a large blue chip consulting firm. I chose Envision because of the wealth of opportunities available to me and to be part of an exciting growth story.

Since joining I have been working on a number of projects alongside business development work, with my main focus being the management of an operational improvement project with a global fashion retailer. The degree of client exposure, responsibility and autonomy I have been given on this project has been amazing, yet there has always been coaching and leadership there when required. This reflects the entrepreneurial yet well structured nature of Envision Retail.

Joining Envision has allowed me to be involved in activities that I would not have been exposed to with my previous firm, and therefore I am developing both as a consultant and as an individual at a far greater pace.

The team at Envision Retail is very hard-working, but knows when to have fun, making it a fantastic and inspiring environment to work in. The clients we work with are always impressed by the quality of work we deliver and projects are always tailored to each retailers needs, making each one a unique challenge to work on. I continue to be excited by what I am doing, which makes every day rewarding and energising.
