Why shopper behavioural insight?
Transaction data tells us what was bought, where and when. Shopper behavioural insights can identify where sales are being lost, how customers respond to your store with a whole host of detailed insight.
Over 80% of shopper behaviour is sub-conscious and therefore asking customers how they shop will never unlock the real answers.
Customers’ brains screen out 99% of the visual stimuli they are presented with in store, 55% when shopping on line. Using our methodology we can identify which messages are getting through and why.
How do we do it?
Using our proven methodology we can capture shopper behaviour to answer virtually any question that your customers hold the answer to.
We use a range of technology to track customer movements around the store and interaction with staff and products. We then undertake very detailed analysis to identify the key patterns of behaviours and what these tell us about the customer supply experience.
What are the outputs?
Presenting raw analysis of our finding would not add much value for our client. Worse, it may lead them to make the wrong decisions. We interpret the data and deliver a commercial action plan to deliver the quantified benefits that we have identified.
Typically our action plans are based on the identification of customer types, hot spots in the store and interactions with staff.
